Edward Ruiz

Edward (Eddie) Ruiz is a Ph.D. student in the Genetics and Genomics program at Boston University advised by Drs. Ruben Dries and Ana Fiszbein. His primary research interests include spatial omics, RNA processing, and computational biology. In particular, his research focuses on developing open-source computational methods to systematically characterize transcriptional mechanisms of tissue and tumor development using high-throughput sequencing technologies.
