Our method is grounded in the Adaptation, Listening, and Trust (ALT) Framework, co-developed by Eric Gordon, BU Professor and Director of the Center for Media Innovation & Social Impact. It gives you a structured starting point, without telling you where to land. Each element builds on the last: Adaptation creates the conditions for genuine Listening, and Trust is what emerges when both are working.
