Kathryn Spilios is a master lecturer in the Department of Biology in the College of Arts and Sciences with a secondary appointment in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the Wheelock School of Education.
Emily Stephen
Emily Stephen (MA213 project lead) is an assistant professor of statistics, specializing in statistical neuroscience. She regularly teaches MA213 Basic Probability and Statistics and MA765 Timeseries Analysis for Neuroscience Research. She is excited about building community in MA213 so that students feel welcomed and supported in their study of statistics.
Lynette Strickland
Dr. Strickland is an Assistant Professor in the Biology Department whose research focuses on the ecological and genomic mechanisms underlying phenotypic variation in beetles.

Daniela (CAS ’22) majored in Neurobiology. Lucía Vilallonga is a PhD student in Statistics, working with Dr. Yves Atchade. She attended BU for undergrad and took both MA 213 and 214, and is looking forward to helping improve the courses for future students.
