Tracking Attendance and Registration
You can track attendance, participation, and registration through usage and meeting reports only through the Web App Reports.
Usage (Attendance/Participation)
Usage reports display information for meetings that ended at least 30 minutes ago including a list of participants allowing you to track the online attendance of your meetings. Follow the instructions below to Export a list of Attendees.
Note that if you’d like to track “Attentiveness” you will need to toggle-on “Attention tracking” in the Web App Settings.
- Select “Reports“ from the left-hand navigation menu, then “Usage”

- The new page will show a list of meeting reports. From the “Participants” column click the numbered link of participants

- The new window will list the participants of the selected meeting. Click “Export”

- In the “Save As” enter a desired “File name:” then click “Save”

Meeting (Registration)
Meeting reports display who has registered for the meeting. Follow the instructions below to Export a list of Registrants.
Note that you must schedule the meeting in the Web App in order to track meeting registration.
- Select “Reports“ from the left-hand navigation menu, then “Meeting”

- Select the Meeting(s) you’d like to generate a report on. Then click “Generate”

- This will take you to the “Report Queue”. Once the report has completed “Processing” click “Download”

- In the “Save As” enter a desired “File name:” then click “Save”
