Airgas® Empty Cylinder Returns

To return empty or unwanted Airgas® gas cylinders follow instructions below.

 Airgas® Cylinder Return Process:

Email Airgas Support specialist, Sara Cromartie at sara.cromartie@airgas.com for cylinder(s) pickup requests.

Note: A valid PO# isn’t required, however, customers must know their Airgas® Ship-To Account.

Include in the email request:

• Airgas® Part Number or Gas + Grade
• The number of empty cylinders
• The exact building address and room number and Lab Access (if restricted)

 When submitting the pickup request please copy (cc)
