Paying Attention to White Culture and Privilege: A Missing Link to Advancing Racial Equity

This article addresses the challenges that arise when engaging in racial equity work within institutions. This article challenges readers to work internally and externally within public and private institutions at deconstructing white privilege and white culture. In addition, this article address how racial inequity is perpetuated in part by lack of recognition of the overlooked privilege of inequity.
