Meet the 2022-23 Inclusion Catalyst Grant Recipients

November 12, 2021 — Boston University Diversity & Inclusion (BU D&I) is proud to announce the 17 Inclusion Catalyst Grant funding recipients for the 2022-23 academic year. Each fall semester, BU D&I issues a call for proposals for faculty, staff, or students in the BU community to apply for up to $2,000 in grant funding to support their creative programs and initiatives that generate learning and stimulate efforts that catalyze foster inclusive and equitable communities at BU.

  • Improving multicultural competence: Advancing counselor trainees’ understanding and application of core concepts and skills in antiracist counseling — BU School of Medicine, Psychiatry
  • The GMS Community Catalyst Center (C3) – Supporting Early-phase Graduate School Transitions — BU School of Medicine, Graduate Medical Sciences
  • Uncovering, Documenting, and Rectifying Institutional Inequity: A Multi-Modal Open Access Publication — Special Education and Social Studies Programs of Wheelock College of Education & Human Development, BU School of Medicine, BU African Studies Center, and Pardee School of Global Studies
  • Mending Presence: Decolonizing the Museum — College of Fine Arts, School of Visual Arts Graphic Design Program

Applications for the next academic year will open in fall 2022.
