Congratulations MDS Winners
Kudos to fourth-year DMD students Carolyn Massa and Christopher Kelson, who each received the Massachusetts Dental Society Foundation/HPSC Louis J. P. Calisti Scholarship. The award to each student, in the amount of $2,000, is given in memory of Dr. Calisti, who served as dean of Tufts School of Dental Medicine from 1963-1971. Dean Frankl presented the certificates and checks yesterday in his office.
Both students are pursuing postdoctoral programs at BUSDM next year, Massa in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Kelson in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
