Rules for the use of Manuscript Collections (28k)
This is the list of rules that must be followed in order to view any of the manuscript collections housed in the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center.

Application for the use of Manuscript Collections (16k)
This application must be filled out and signed before access to any manuscript collection is given.

Photocopy request form (28k)
This form must be filled out when requesting photocopies from a collection.

Request to reproduce material (28k)
This application must be filled out when requesting material to be reproduced. This includes photographs, scans, and audio.

Notification of Intent to Publish from a Manuscript Collection (24k)
This form must be filled out to inform the Center when material is being published and the copyright is not held by Boston University.

Permission to Publish from a Manuscript Collection (24k)
This form must be filled out, signed and submitted for approval in order to publish any manuscript material from the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center. This includes placing the material on a webpage.

Permission to Publish Photographs (24k)
This form must be filled out, signed and submitted for approval in order to publish any photographic material from the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center. This includes placing the material on a webpage.
