PhD Candidate
Zilu (Peter) is a Computer Science PhD student at Boston University advised by Derry Wijaya. He received his B.S. in Bioengineering from Rice University and M.S. in AI from Boston University. He is fortunate to have worked with various teams within IBM Research, MIT-IBM Watson AI lab, and Apple. He is interested ways to interpret, understand, and improve generalization in language models through human cognition inspired methods. One medium which he is particularly fascinated by is natural language explanations.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, eating, gymnastics, and traveling.
