Assistant Professor – Linguistics

Najoung Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics and an affiliated faculty in the Department of Computer Science at Boston University. She obtained her PhD in Cognitive Science at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining Boston University, she was a Faculty Fellow in the Center for Data Science at New York University. Her research is at the intersection of Natural Language Processing and Cognitive Science, and her research interests broadly concern meaning and generalization in human and machine learners.
