In an effort to improve the student dining experience, The Fresh Food Co. at West Campus will be expanded. With the goals of maximizing existing space, providing service parity, and increasing seating capacity the project will include renovating the existing dining facility, relocating the current entrance to Claflin Hall, and reconfiguring the Claflin Hall Residence Life Office and building lobby. The project will add more than 100 seats for dining and cooking stations throughout will be upgraded. A dedicated gluten-free kitchen and pantry will be also created.

Construction Phase Schedule

  • Phase 1 Construction (Res Life and Vestibule) Jan –May 2023
  • Phase 2A Construction (Level 1 ) May –Aug 2023
  • Phase 2B Construction (Basement)  Aug -Nov 2023
