The final phase of student room and hallway renovation addressed conditions in the west tower at 140 Bay State Road. Work included removing the original built-in furniture, patching and painting of walls and ceilings, replacing all lights with modern, energy-efficient fixtures, and installing new, moveable room furnishings.
