An existing building on Amory Street was renovated to house the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Center, which will allow IS&T to better support students and instructors. The project consolidated—in one central location—the IS&T Help Center’s service desk, main service call center, desktop services (including a triage desk and repair center), media support services, and classroom technology services.
