All-Gender Bathrooms

During the summer of 2019, all existing single-occupant bathrooms in non-residential buildings at BU were updated to all-gender. Work included new signage and fixtures. This initiative supports the University’s efforts to make sure all campus facilities are welcoming and accessible. As of September 2019, there are 730 all-gender bathrooms at BU, which equates to 47% of all non-residential bathrooms on the three campuses.
