Scheduled Building & Infrastructure Notification Requests

This form is for the request and approval of notifications related to scheduled building and infrastructure issues on campus such as utility outages, construction impacts, etc. Please contact the Facilities Operations Service Center or the BUMC Control Center directly for notifications related to emergency issues.

Charles River Campus

Notifications for scheduled events are sent by the CPO Communications team and require approval from Bill Walter, Gregg Snyder, or Lauren Alzate via this form.
Notifications for emergency events are sent by the Facilities Operations Service Center and require approval from the requesting manager.

Medical Campus

Notifications for scheduled events are sent by the BUMC Control Center and require approval from Bill Walter, Gregg Snyder, or Lauren Alzate via this form.
