Demolition of the remaining walls on level 9.

Saturday, October 29th (8 am – 3 pm)

  • There will be a small crew here Saturday to make a delivery of block masonry for level 9. This is not a noisy activity and will allow the masonry team dedicated access to the exterior lift, which is otherwise busy during the week. This will assist in accelerating the schedule.

During the week of October 31st

  • Riggs masonry:
    • Infills of old fire escape doorways on levels 5 through 7 continue on the east elevation. 1 to 2 days expected on each floor, expected completion has delayed due to inclement weather.

    • The team also continues with rebuilding the 3 north elevation building corners. Formwork and concrete have been completed as the team moves into waterproofing on Monday. Due to the recent rain, this activity has also been delayed with hopes of completion the week of 11/14.
