During the weekend of May 29th

  • On Saturday, crews will be on site installing anchor bolts into concrete pier foundations.

During the weekend of May 31st

  • There will be no work on site Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
  • Following a pause to evaluate procedures, the erection contractor resumed activity on Thursday (5/27) and will continue erecting the building’s structural steel frame. Inside the tower’s core, the installation of steel beams and decking will continue. This work will also be occurring daily during a second shift from 3 pm to 10 pm. Two to six tractor-trailer loads are expected to be arriving and departing from the site throughout the two shifts daily.
  • In the tower’s subbasement, work is ongoing on the plumbing piping systems.
  • Also in the subbasement, the mechanical subcontractor will be installing air handling units and begin installing associated piping and supports.
  • In the parking area behind Sargent College, the installation of the piping circuit for the geothermal wells #11, #12, and #13 has been completed. The accessible pathway to the Sargent College entrance will be restored to its previous condition. Please be aware of all directional and parking signage in the area.
  • The installation of “Stair A” from the subbasement to the lower level in the tower’s core will begin. This installation will continue as the floor levels are completed and will connect from the subbasement to the 20th floor.
  • Deliveries to and from the site will be occurring daily with trucks entering and exiting the designated gates.
  • Please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered. We will continue to provide up-to-date information via these notifications.
