West Campus Dining Expansion – Construction Update – 4/14/23

Project Updates

The drywall installation in the Residence Life offices is expected to be completed this Saturday, 4/15.
The electrical cabling above the ceiling is about 75% complete, and the HVAC ductwork installation is about 90% complete.
The exterior concrete and brick wall removal at the new building entrance was completed. This area has been temporarily infilled with plywood until the new storefront arrives and is installed.
The rooftop condensing unit and electrical systems have been installed.
Repairs to the brick façade at the new entrance have begun and will continue into next week.

The walls in the Residence Life offices will be primed and receive their first coat of paint. The flooring installation will also begin this week.
Rough electrical work above the ceiling will continue.
The acoustic ceiling tile grid will be installed later in the week.
Work on the exterior brick façade will continue.
A flooring material delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, 4/18.
