Retaining wall, ramp, stair, and planter install continues at the rear of the Bay State Road brownstones. Assembly of the bike shelter will continue in the area between Sargent College and the Center for Computing & Data Sciences.
As the new sidewalks, curbing, and planters along Commonwealth Avenue are being completed, the pedestrian travel path may alternate from the temporary sidewalk in the bike lane to the new sidewalk next to the building. Please be aware of directional signage in the area.
Deliveries and assembly of office furniture will continue, working up the building.
The project will continue utilizing a second shift, from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday to advance interior work, accommodate off hour deliveries and material loading, and debris removal. Select subcontractors will continue working on third shift, from 11 pm to 7 am, to advance the start-up and testing of building systems while the workforce is less than during normal business hours.
Please be aware in addition to daily deliveries, trucks with large trailers will be staged adjacent to and moving around the site and pedestrians should be aware of all safety and directional signage in the areas as pedestrian and vehicle travel paths may be altered.
