During the weekend of May 28th
On Saturday, installation of the atrium monumental stair will continue. Framing, hanging, and finishing drywall will advance in the tower. Workers will continue applying fireproofing materials to the buildings steel beams and columns. Crews from the mechanical and electrical subcontractors will be on site continuing the install of their respective systems. Polishing of the concrete floors will continue as well.

During the week of May 30th
There will be no work on site Monday, May 30.
Installation of curtain wall panels at the various leave-out locations throughout the tower will continue.
At the atrium, crews continue to install the guardrails for the monumental stair and begin installing interior glass on the lower level.
In the lower half of the building, installation of finishes will continue on floors 2 through 5. Installation of the whiteboards in the classrooms continue. Installation lockers will begin on the lower level. Millwork cabinetry and finish wall paneling install will continue in the lower level and on the 2nd through 5th floors. Painting and ceiling install will continue on floors 4 and 5. Polishing of the concrete floors continues. Interior glass partitions will be installed at offices.
Wall framing continues on the 12th and 13th floors. Hanging drywall continues on floors 12, 13, and 16.
The elevator subcontractor will continue the installation of elevators 1, 2, and 3 on the north side of the tower’s core involving raceways and elevator rail components. Installation of elevator cabs continues at cars 7 and 8 in the podium.
Installation of the roofing system at the terraces will continue with soil being placed for the green roof on the 5th and 6th floors. Following the removal of the tower crane connection, roofing install will resume at the 12th floor terrace.
At the soffits on the underside of the 12th and 15th floors, installation of waterproofing, framing components, and metal panels continue. While set up for access to the soffit at the 17th-floor east elevation begins.
Installation of Stair F, the communicating stair, will continue. When completed this stair will connect the tower’s 5th and 17th floors.
At the corner of Bay State Road and Granby Street, crews will continue installing foundations for landscape features, and upon completion of the concrete work will backfill the area.
Following removal of the overhead sidewalk protection along Commonwealth Avenue crews will begin to revise the curb line.
Demolition of the concrete pad used for the foundation of the tower crane will be completed. This will be a noisy activity that may produce ground vibrations.
The project will continue utilizing a second shift, from 3 pm to 11 pm, to continue interior work. The third shift elevator work within the tower’s core will continue from 11 pm to 7 am throughout the week.
Please be aware in addition to daily deliveries, trucks with large trailers will be staged adjacent to and moving around the site and pedestrians should be aware of all safety and directional signage in the areas as pedestrian and vehicle travel paths may be altered.
