Kilachand Hall Phase 2 – Construction Update – 04/08/22

During the week of April 11th

• BrandSafway will continue with scaffolding erection along the west elevation.
  • Erection of this ground-up scaffolding on the west side building elevation is to the fire escape only.
• Towards the end of the week, Consigli will move to the east side of the building to set up secured fencing for the next phase of scaffolding erection along the east elevation.
  • The scaffolding along the east elevation will also only be erected up to the fire escapes.

General Project Information

• Starting in early April, and continuing through the weeks leading up to Commencement, there will be some light construction enabling activity consisting of scaffold erection in select areas around Kilachand Hall.
  • The erection of the scaffolding will take approximately 2 weeks in each location.
  • Once completed, that section will be locked out and no further activity will take place until after Commencement.
• From May 5^th through May 13^th, through the study and exam periods, no construction enabling activity will take place to adhere to the quiet time on campus.
