During the weekend of March 27th

  • Crews intend to work on site Saturday to continue advancing on the 12th floor of the tower’s core.
  • The installation of waterproofing material on the foundation walls of the tower will continue.

During the week of March 29th

  • At the tower’s core, concrete is scheduled to be placed for the 12th floor early in the week. The remainder of the week will be spent removing the formwork from the 12th floor and installing formwork and rebar on the 13th floor. Concrete is scheduled for the end of the week.
  • The installation of waterproofing at the tower’s foundation walls will continue. Backfilling of these areas will follow as waterproofing is completed.
  • Crews will continue installing the domestic water and fire protection lines into the basement of the tower.
  • Towards the end of the week, crews will begin the removal of the top level of cross bracing for the Support of Excavation (SOE) system.
  • On Monday between 5 pm – 10 pm, crews will be installing temporary steel members in the basement at the transition between the tower and the podium. This temporary steel will be used to support the cantilevers as the building’s structural steel members are erected begging in early May.
