During the weekend of March 20^th

• Crews intend to work on site Saturday, to continue advancing on the 10th floor of the tower’s core and the remaining section of the foundation wall at the tower/podium transition.

• Crews will also be removing the 2^nd level of cross bracing from the Support of  Excavation (SOE) system in the tower on Saturday and plan to continue this work on Sunday.

During the week of March 22^nd

• At the tower’s core, concrete is scheduled to be placed for the 10^th floor early in the week. The remainder of the week will be spent removing the formwork from the 10^th floor and installing formwork and rebar on the 11^th floor. Concrete is scheduled for the end of the week.

• Crews will complete the installation of rebar and formwork for the remaining section of the tower’s foundation wall at the transition between the tower and the podium; concrete placement is scheduled for the end of the week.

• The installation of formwork and rebar will continue for the tower’s ground floor slab.

• The installation of waterproofing at the tower’s foundation walls will continue and backfilling of these areas will follow as waterproofing is completed.

• Preparations for the concrete placement of the finished slab in the podium’s basement will be ongoing.

• Last summer, pipes for the domestic water and fire protection lines were connected to the main located on Granby Street and routed inside of the site’s property line. This week, crews will begin running the domestic water and fire protection lines into the basement of the tower.
