Decking continues for the tower’s lower level slab
During the weekend of March 6th
Crews intend to work on site Saturday to continue installing rebar from the 6th floor of the tower’s core in preparation for concrete placement on Monday.
During the week of March 8th
At the tower’s core, concrete is scheduled to be placed for the 6th floor on Monday. The remaining of the week will be spent removing the formwork from the 6th floor and installing at the 7th floor.
Crews will continue with the installation of rebar and formwork for the remaining section of the tower’s foundation wall at the transition between the tower and the podium.
The installation of decking formwork and rebar for the tower’s lower level slab will continue in preparation for concrete placement of the slab at the end of the week.
The installation of waterproofing at the tower’s foundation walls will continue. Backfilling of these areas will follow as waterproofing is completed.
In the podium’s basement, installation of the stainless-steel ductwork in the duct tunnel will be completed and crews will begin installing steel plates to cover the top of the tunnel.
