During the weekend of February 27th
Weather dependent, crews intend to work on site Saturday to continue removing formwork from the 4th floor of the tower’s core. Crews will also be reinstalling for the 5th floor, along with installing rebar at the 5th floor.
Weather dependent, crews will return to the site on Sunday to advance work on the tower’s core and to continue installing rebar on the 5th floor .
During the week of March 1st
Following last week’s placement of concrete on the 4th floor of the tower’s core, the operation will continue up to the 5th floor, with concrete placement anticipated to occur early in the week.
Crews will continue with the installation of rebar and formwork at the tower’s north foundation wall.
Also in the tower, installation of decking formwork and rebar for the tower’s lower level will continue.
The installation of waterproofing at the tower’s foundation walls will continue. Backfilling of these areas will follow as waterproofing is completed.
In the podium’s basement, mechanical crews will be installing ductwork and piping. The installation of the stainless-steel ductwork in the duct tunnel will continue, and the installation of plumbing rough for the bathrooms will begin.
