Installing waterproofing membrane
During the weekend of September 12th
On Saturday, crews will be on site early to begin the set up of the tower crane. For additional information on the upcoming activity, please visit Tower Crane Narrative to Community. Access around the site will be limited.
Also, on Saturday, excavation will continue in the tower portion of the building.
During the week of September 14th
Excavation for the building foundations continue in the tower portion of the building and downward to the 2nd level of bracing for the SOE system, roughly 14 feet down from existing grade.
Installation of cross bracing members for the support of the excavation system will follow behind the excavation.
Installation of the waterproofing membrane on the recently poured concrete “mud mat” will continue.
Please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered.
