Excavation continues at the east end of the podium
During the week of August 31st
Excavation for the building foundations continues. The first cut (down roughly eight feet from existing grade), has been completed across the entire site. The excavation will now continue down another 17 feet in the podium, working from west to east across the site.
Installation of cross bracing members for the support of excavation system continue in the tower portion of the building.
Crews will be working on Granby Street to excavate a trench and install the new sewer feed into the site for future connection to the building.
As activity in and around the site begins to increase, please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered.

Tower crane assembly is scheduled for September 11 – September 13.
