For November 9, 2017 through November 27, 2017:
- Permitted by the Town of Brookline and in accordance with the approved Construction Management Plan, authorized work hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday work schedules must be requested and approved by the Town.
- Brookline Police details will continue to be posted at the construction site entrance gate at Dummer Street, to ensure public safety. The safety of our community is our highest priority, so we ask that you please pay close attention to posted signs, police, and safety personnel.
- Completion of Essex and Dummer street sidewalk placement
- Completion of structural slab installation at the north plaza
- Placement of structural slab at east and west plazas
- Installation of landscaping along the Dummer Street side of the site
- Placement of finished concrete at the north, east, and west exterior plazas
- Development of lobby space finishes
- Installation of all plumbing in restrooms
- Placement of the resilient black box theatre floor
Key Construction Activities
- Complete landscaping
- Install prefabricated benches in the north plaza
- Install binder paving in the west parking lot
- Complete inspections for issuance of Certificate of Occupancy by Town of Brookline Building Department on or before 11/28/17
