Deliveries – Subcontractors will receive deliveries all week between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both Beacon Street and Bay State Road.

Onsite Construction

 Saturday Work – 7/15/17

  • Elevator pit construction – Annex
  • Install interior framing – Annex
  • Install exterior wall insulation – Annex
  • Clean up and loadout – Bay State Road

 Verizon Off-Hours Work 7/15/17 to 7/21/17 

  • Verizon has informed us that they will be working on site from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from Sunday to Wednesday. Verizon’s work is unrelated to the project.

Fire Alarm Testing 7/15/17 to 7/21/17 

  • The electrician will continue running a test of the fire alarm system on the construction-side of Myles. During this time, the strobe lights will be going off and minimal sound will be emitted through the speakers as needed. The work is expected to continue intermittently throughout the week. Please do not contact the Boston Fire Department during the testing. BFD will be notified in the event of an emergency.

 Demolition/Loadout

  • Load out at Beacon Street and Bay State Road – Load out demolition debris from 1st floor to dumpster with ongoing daily dumpster swaps

Masonry Restoration (Exterior – Bay State Road and Beacon Street)

  • Continue masonry restoration – Bay State Road & Beacon Street
  • Continue installation of staging and fraco – Bay State Road, Beacon Street, and the Point

Annex

  • Install window waterproofing and blocking
  • Load out of demolition debris – Bay State Road
  • Install windows and wood trim
  • Masonry restoration – Annex alley
  • Basement elevator pit construction
  • Install stairwell framing and drywall
  • Site deliveries – Bay State Road

Roof Myles (Exterior)

  • Continue with roof demolition

Site Utility Work

  • Utility cut and cap work – Beacon Street
  • Install man and material hoist – Beacon Street
