Deliveries
- Subcontractors will receive deliveries all week from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. on both Beacon Street and Bay State Road.
Onsite Construction
Saturday Work – 10/1/16 – On Saturday, the following construction work will be occurring onsite from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Activities will require workers, trucks, and equipment in point park.
- Installation of relieving angles in alley on fraco
- Clean and stock staging for masons in alley and on the Beacon Street and Bay State Road sides of the building.
- Interior rough and interior demolition
Demolition
- Load out at Beacon Street – Load out demolition debris from 1st floor to dumpster with ongoing daily dumpster swaps.
- Demolition and load out of basement
- Demolition of floor 1 (interior)
- Saw-cutting floors 2 – roof
Masonry Restoration (Exterior – Bay State Road and Beacon Street)
- Continue rebuilding exterior façade above Annex off of swing staging.
- Continue rebuilding exterior façade on the Bay State Road side of the building.
Roof (Exterior)
- Roof blocking and plywood installation at parapets
- Temporary roofing of penetrations and parapet
- Install roof steel – Will require crane on the Bay State Road side of the building.
Alley Between Annex and Myles at Bay State Road (Exterior)
- Continue with masonry demo (Myles).
- Start installation of relieving angles.
- Continue with installation of brick (Annex)
Site Utility Work
- Continue load out of soil from basement.
- Continue with utilities within the site fence on the Beacon Street side of the building.
