Ben Cares, MUA

Ben Cares is the Director of Housing and Community Development for the City of Chelsea, Massachusetts. He directs a multi-disciplinary team leading initiatives across affordable housing, economic and workforce development, land use planning, and climate resilience and sustainability. His work focuses on advancing equitable, sustainable outcomes through local planning and policy – and special attention to community driven engagement and solutions.
