Chloe Tolbert

Infant Lead Teacher

Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Chloe graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Social Entrepreneurship. It was during her time at Belmont that she first became introduced to the world of early education and childcare through private nannying. These experiences naturally led to her transition into a role as a float and assistant teacher, where she had the pleasure of working with children ranging from infant to kindergarten-age.

What excites Chloe the most about working with young children is seeing how they engage with new ideas, explore their environment, and form connections with the people around them. In the future, she hopes to further her education by pursuing a Master’s in Social Work with the goal of becoming a licensed school counselor or therapist. She is deeply interested in supporting children in their emotional and social development, and believes that early intervention is essential in laying a foundation for lifelong success.

One of Chloe’s greatest joys in working with children is integrating music and theatrics into activities. She believes music, movement, and dramatic play allow children to express themselves freely and explore a wide range of emotions, which is vital for their social and cognitive growth.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time hiking, visiting cafes, yoga, and finding new books to read. She also hopes to explore more of the city of Boston!
