Molly Kramer
Preschool Lead Teacher
Molly grew up on the South Shore of Boston and earned her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduation, she spent two years as the lead teacher of an integrated preschool classroom on Cape Cod.
Molly is passionate about social-emotional learning in young children. She enjoys helping them develop self-help skills and takes pride in their accomplishments. Drawing inspiration from a two-year mentorship with an Occupational Therapist, Molly loves incorporating extra movement into the day to support the development of fine and gross motor skills.
While on the Cape, Molly enjoyed playing on a kickball team, taking mermaid swimming lessons, and going for long, bundled-up beach walks in the middle of winter. Now, she’s excited to be moving to Boston, where she looks forward to getting her library card and exploring the area.
