Viviana Randolph

Viviana was born and raised in Mendoza, the heart of Argentina’s wine country, and has lived in the United States for more than twenty years. Her lifelong passion for working with children began at age sixteen through a community program for disadvantaged youth in her home city. She later worked in private settings for prominent families in New York and Boston for over a decade.

Viviana began her formal early childhood education career as an Assistant Teacher under the guidance of Dr. Donna Housman, founder of the Housman Institute and creator of the Begin to ECSEL emotional, cognitive, and social early learning approach. She holds a degree in Work Safety from the Catholic University of Argentina, EEC certifications as a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher and Lead Preschool Teacher. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Intervention.

For over five years, Viviana has been a dedicated member of the Boston University Children’s Center (BUCC) community. Starting as a Toddler Teacher, she served as a floating educator for three years and taught in the Preschool classroom for two years. Today, she is part of the team leading a newly created Toddler/Preschool combination classroom. Throughout her career, Viviana has remained deeply committed to advancing her education, fostering an inclusive community, celebrating diversity, and protecting young children.

What Viviana values most about children is their curious imagination, friendly nature, and generous spirit. Understanding the critical role that secure, fluid relationships between home and school play in influencing children’s learning and behavior, she takes great joy in partnering with families and guiding children as they build confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy relationships. Outside the classroom, Viviana adores walking and playing with her dog, reading, cooking, taking on creative projects, and spending time with family and friends.
