Gianna Boria Roman

Gianna Boria Roman is a first-year undergraduate student at Boston University’s College of Communication, pursuing a degree in Journalism and Political Science studies on the pre-law track. Originally from Dorado, Puerto Rico, Gianna developed a strong interest in migration and displacement issues during her internship at Aldridge LLC, where she gained firsthand experience working with individuals impacted by immigration law. Her passion for advocacy and justice continues to shape her academic and professional path. At Boston University, Gianna is committed to leveraging her communication skills to support organizations that uphold and defend the rights of displaced communities through policy, education, and storytelling.
