Aislinn Mershon

Research Associate

Aislinn Mershon is a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the Center on Forced Displacement. She earned a BA in Global Studies: Global Health from Colby College, where she also minored French & Francophone Studies. While at Colby, she completed an independent study project investigating the links between imperialism, armed conflict, and antibiotic- and treatment-resistant disease. She also spent two summers conducting research on bacterial virulence factors in Boston. Her current research interests center on the relationship between health and policies regulating and restricting south-south migration, particularly in West Africa.
