Bruce Rindler

Bruce Rindler has been at Boston University since 1985. He served as the Associate Director of CELOP for more than twenty years where he was responsible for supervising the faculty and overseeing the academic program. Now he has returned to his first love, teaching. He specializes in Business Communication classes in the CELOP electives program, teaching students who are working on the English skills they will need in their professional careers. He also trains teachers in the MA-TESOL Program in the BU School of Education where he specializes in language program management.
In addition to his work at Boston University, he has taught at a number of community-based programs in Boston as well as in EFL programs in Mexico and Spain. He earned his MA TESOL degree from the SIT Graduate Institute and his Ed.D. from the Boston University School of Education in the department of Policy, Planning and Administration. He has served as a site reviewer for CEA (The Commission on English Language Program Accreditation) since 2007 and has been involved with CEA self-studies since 1999.
When he is not working he can be found exploring Boston Harbor in a sailboat or taking hikes with his family and friends.
