Emma Pitt

I graduated from Northeastern University in 2017 with a B.Sc. in Psychology and minors in History and International Affairs. As an undergraduate, I worked at Dr. John Coley’s Conceptual Organization, Reasoning, and Education Lab, studying how people organize their knowledge of various concepts, and how they use that knowledge to navigate their social, physical, and biological worlds. As the lab manager at the Child Cognition Lab, I work on projects studying how children and adults alike reason about complex biological concepts like natural selection. When I’m not in the lab, I’m either skiing or wishing I was skiing.
