This form is for CAS students interested in overloading credits in the Summer 1 or Summer 2 sessions. Please note that CAS students are permitted to enroll in up to 10.0 credits per summer session; any students wishing to enroll beyond 10.0 credits must receive approval by filling out the form below.

Students will receive a response to their petition request within one week of submission.
