Editing your Email with MailChimp

The easiest way to edit the content, add additional sections, and change images is to head to mailchimp.com. All of the templates above were created in MailChimp, and if you don’t have an account, it is free to create one. MailChimp has plenty of documentation to get you up and running. In addition, here are a few best practices to keep in mind when working with HTML provided by MailChimp.

We strongly advise you to use MailChimp to edit any of the templates provided rather than making adjustments in a code editor. HTML emails can be very fragile and are subject to “break,” causing the format of your content to appear incorrectly if done improperly or by someone not familiar with handling HTML emails.

Sharing These Templates

In MailChimp, you can share your templates with other accounts/departments right from the Templates page. The Share feature makes it simple to send a MailChimp template from your account to someone else’s MailChimp account, without having to export or import the template’s HTML code.
