Long Le is a member of Professor Wen Li’s planetary magnetosphere research group, and he is interested in processes within the Solar System giant planets’ magnetosphere. He is currently investigating how the Galilean Moons affect the plasma environment inside Jupiter’s magnetosphere, with the goal of characterizing their spatial extent and energy dependence. His long-term goal is to be able to analyze in situ data of Uranus’ and Neptune’s magnetospheres.
