  1. Excellent article! I am saving this one as I have recently joined the sober movement and have never felt better. Thank you for sharing even more evidence that refraining from alcohol, in any amount, is the wisest course of action.

  2. “Whatever you’re drinking, drink less” isn’t helpful messaging. The person who drinks twice a month may well quit without any measurable risk reduction.

    Is the goal to make alcohol as socially unacceptable as smoking? Good luck.

  3. Great article. It is important to allow people to make fully informed decisions when it comes to their health. I’d be curious to know if certain kinds of alcohol have higher levels of carcinogens than others.
