Why should I go?
The Rose Kennedy Greenway is an ideal place to while away a summer afternoon. The 17-acre, 1.5 mile urban oasis is home to numerous summer attractions, including seven beautiful fountains, artisan markets, relaxing yoga classes, landscaped gardens (featuring a rich diversity of trees, perennials, and annuals), and an iconic carousel adorned with sea and land animals of the Boston Harbor. This summer, the Greenway is also welcoming back food trucks from all over Boston for a unique and delicious park-going experience, making it an excellent lunchtime excursion.

Today’s food truck schedule features vendors from all around the world, serving up Korean fusion dishes, classic New England seafood, Asian-inspired bowls, authentic Mexican cuisine, and of course, cookies for dessert.
Gogi on the Block, Summer Shack, and Bon Me will be at Rowes Wharf Plaza (across Purchase Street from International Place). North East of the Border and Cookie Monstah, owned by Melissa Gale (SHA’95), will be at Dewey Square (across from South Station).
For live updates on changing food truck vendors, visitors can check out the Rose Kennedy Greenway’s Twitter feed and follow along for other events in the park.
So, take a stroll, soak in the sun, and grab yourself some delicious food today.
