  1. An overlooked engineered approach to prevent future pandemics is close ventilation. Public health authorities have focused on room ventilation and outdoor seating. There is little to no information in the public domain about the potential to capture infectious air as it exits a person’s body.

    I’d be glad to discuss my work in this area if anyone is interested.

  2. Excellent article! Thank you for illuminating some of these – often overlooked – issues. I feel like the current popular opinion is all about vaccines, which is a reactive response that completely overlooks general health as it relates to diet, environment, social justice, etc. The proactive thinking outlined in this article makes so much more sense.
