There are 5 comments on BU in Summer: Video Captures a More Mellow Campus

  1. Nicely done. Carries a somber view… unfortunately, but good production capturing the reality. Its not what I remember of BU in the summers… but that is today’s reality. Hopefully we get back to the high energy and vibrance of the BU we know and love.

  2. What a delight to see the campus and to revive feelings of energy, hope, love, challenge, friendship and more. I just found some photos in a box, from my time at BU in 1963. SO fun to see images of the people who made BU such an awesome experience for me. This video took me back! Wishing all of you a wonderful, exciting, positive year ahead.

  3. Unlike similar videos in the past, this one is very downbeat. Certainly the music doesn’t help but there is a “greyness’ in the scenes even where students are playing.

  4. Because this piece is quiet, observant and sensitive – we DO get a sense of what it was like here during the summer.

So it’s trustworthy. This bodes well for future equally thoughtful BUToday films.

    Thank you for making this!
