There are 4 comments on Rep. Lois Frankel: From “Majoring in Protest” to the US House

  1. lois is an amazing person and a devoted daughter. She has been a true believer since she was a little girl of trying to help people in need. Always wanted the world to be a better place for everyone. You can depend on her to do the best.

  2. In an article about such an amazing public servant who is not afraid to cross the aisle and unembarrassed in admitting the Republican colleagues she knows “are ….very personable, nice people to deal with. It’s just our political philosophies are so different,” it is regrettable that the writer could not be as fair to the Congressman who preceded her.

Describing Lieutenant Colonel Allen West as “a hawkish anti-Obama Republican…and a Tea Party favorite” is petty and clearly designed to be negative. The only thing the author passed up was adding that Col. West is black, there being nothing so offensive to progressives as a black Republican.

Referring to Col. West simply as “a conservative Republican” would have sufficed and maintained the positive tone of the article.

  3. I have just read the article about her and find that I disagree with her on some issues and agree on others. I want her as my representative to work on a bipartisan basis to harden the nation’ s electric grid against an emp attack. Our nation could be devastated by such an attack that is fairly easy do do with one atomic bomb. There is an article in today’s American thinker on the consequences if we do not prepare.
