How Not to Study: Students Confess (Again)

Tips and techniques for getting over the finals hump

Click above to watch how students are dealing with finals.

You’ve seen it before: the guy in the editing room who’s forgotten how to tell time, the girl who can’t stop checking Facebook even with a deadline looming. But somehow, you can’t resist going back for a second or third look. More than 10,000 people have watched “How Not to Study,” our video guide to procrastination, since it debuted at finals time last year.

This week, exams are here again. You’re sleep-deprived, hungry, and maybe a little dirty. You have three papers and four exams, and you still haven’t bought that plane ticket home. If there’s one thing that will make you feel better about procrastinating, it’s watching other people do it too.

Enjoy “How Not to Study,” brought to you for the second (or third?) time by BU Today.
