The Boston University athletic department, in conjunction with the office of information technology, has unveiled its new official website, www.GoTerriers.com. After months of planning and designing, the redesigned website will debut with the start of the 2005-06 academic year.

GoTerriers.com offers expanded efforts to provide alumni, fans and media with information on all of BU’s 24 varsity sports. The site features game recaps and releases, student-athlete and coaching staff bios, live game broadcasts, up-to-date scores and statistics, schedules, ticket information and much more.

"The launch of the new GoTerriers.com is another step forward in the department’s on-going efforts to improve our marketing communications," said Mike Lynch, Director of Athletics at Boston University.

GoTerriers.com will give its visitors a new and attractive headquarters for BU athletics online. Some of the new features on the website highlight the athletic department’s focus in improving the fan experience and expanding student-athlete support services. The process of improving and expanding the website’s content will continue throughout the near future to help it better serve the BU community.
