Mission
The primary mission of Accounts Payable is to process all non-payroll payments  timely, accurately, and in compliance with University policy and government and sponsor regulations, with excellent customer service and a commitment to continuous process improvement.   We consider our customers to include University faculty, staff, students, our fellow employees, and our vendors.

In an effort to serve you better, all general inquiries for Financial Affairs should be submitted through our Customer Service Portal. If you are unable to reach someone at that number, please contact Financial Affairs Administration at 617-353-2290 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm).
